I had issues with my air conditioner, when they called to confirm an appointment they were quiet booked for the coming week ahead.
I have a medically complex child that can not regulate her own body temperature so cooling is absolutely essential.
When I explained my situation the staff went above and beyond and had someone over the same day, adding to his work load, but relieving the mental strain on me.
You don’t find companies like this anymore.
Will use them and recommend them whenever I get the chance to.
