- Chloe Tan Added December 18, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Some pharmacists can be helpful - their service has improved a lot since years back, but general staff are rather unhelpful. They don't know much about their own promotions which are advertised and keep a customer waiting for an extremely long time, having to ask 3-4 staff and still not coming up with an answer. They fail to follow through with promises eg do NOT call back customer when they say they will. Many staff are casual school kids who hardly know anything and there to make a quick buck and have no knowledge about products etc. Some of the staff cab be rather snobbish and are often busy chatting amongst themselves!!! Very disappointing service and expect a long wait!
