    Always try to support local. The after sales service is terrible. I don't even think they're educated in what they're selling. Faulty item that was basically brand new, wouldn't cover the warranty. Was told to discuss it with the manufacturer but then given the wrong contact details. Never spending a dollar there again.

    Decent range of products and it seems to be the only store in Warragul that still sell DVD players!!
    However I recently had some issues with a click and collect order. Despite calling and speaking with a staff member just half an hour earlier to arrange, when my good Samaritan neighbour turned up to collect my order on my behalf, the order was not ready like I had been promised, and staff tried to charge my neighbour for my (already paid for) purchase again. Very frustrating for all involved.

    Upon realising I was driving from warragul to fountain gate to pick up a $17 item ordered on click and collect, just so I wouldn't have to deal with particular staff in this store again, I figured this should probably be edited to reflect said feelings.
